Credit/Debit Card Information
Other

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an
order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with
outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use the information you provide about someone else when placing
an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share
this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to
complete that order (UPS, FED-EX, & USPS for example).
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such
addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside
parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design
our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an
advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our
website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our
registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to
identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable
information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described
above.
Our Commitment To Data Security & Sensitive Financial Data
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure
the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical,
electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the
information we collect online.
- Physical Security: As a secure facility, our offices are
restricted to employees and escorted authorized visitors only. The facility
is staffed every hour and every day of every year. The facility is
video monitored/recorded with digital storage. The hardware that stores your
data is in a Secured Locked Cabinet in Dallas, Texas. The building is multi
layered and separated into employee offices center and a data center area.
There is no retail or public access. Once access is granted into the office
area, there is a biometric scan to enter the data center.
- Electronic Security: Within the locked cabinet, there are
two types of servers: General and Secure. A general server will store
non-sensitive and public data (web pages, pictures, etc.). A secure server
stores sensitive financial data (Credit Card numbers, Social Security
Numbers, and other billing information). Secure servers are behind a
firewall and have 2 levels of passwords to access the data (A machine
password and a separate database password). There are only 2 people at
Alpha Internet Presence, Inc. that have access to these secure servers, and
they are the primary shareholders of the company. Other general support
staff or third party contractors do NOT have physical OR electronic access
to these machines.
- Managerial Procedures: All programs that are written to
store or transmit sensitive financial data are transmitted via SSL. SSL
authentication assures authentication on both ends. It not only encrypts the
data but determines whether or not each party (server and client) has the
expected authentication. Web pages and applications that access or transmit
secure data are programmed to ensure that data cannot be transmitted without
SSL. (If your customer doesn't want to use SSL, then the program will not
accept their data). There are no third parties or non-shareholders with
access to the secure servers.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.
For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website
from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is
structured to attract anyone under 13.
