When choosing a hosting provider, the 2 major issues to
address are server capacity/load and network capacity/load.
Network: It doesn't matter how much
bandwidth you have if your network is oversold and too congested. Our
network consistently runs at under 20% capacity. Here is the current

Servers: Just as network capacity is
commonly oversold, the same practice occurs (even more so) with domain
hosting as many companies have overload their servers.
All our servers run with Intel L440GXG motherboards and are Dual
Intel Pentium III 1GHZ w/ 2GB ram. All shared servers are configured
to run with average CPU Utilization less
than 15%. On average, we run fewer than 50 accounts per server.
We are currently running Windows 2000 server and IIS 5.0.
Other Features:
Mail Server: We're running Imail from
Ipswitch
as the mail server.
It works like any other mail server, but it also allows for browser based email (if you're out
of the office) and also gives you web based administration to
add/delete users and passwords. It also have a powerful list server if

Stats Server. We're running Statistics Server
from Medihouse. You can track all your traffic, including referring

Components: We have ASPMail, ASPHttp, and
SAFileUp loaded on the server for advanced development.
Secure Server: We have a secure server
